One way or the other we all try to be accepted by the people around us but the fact that we have been accepted for who and what we think and know we are we cannot accept any other. Yes I’m talking about gay and lesbians they are haunted, beaten up, raped and killed by people around them. It is generally held that approximately 4 to 10% of any population is reportedly gay. Figuring a specific "gay men" or "lesbians" percentage would basically just require splitting that 7% in half to 3.5% for each. Some might argue there are fewer lesbians than gay men but that's possibly due to a more difficult social situation for women to come out than an actual lower percentage. Take it like this isn’t this the same thing as apartheid because then people were been discriminated about the colour of their skin only now people are been mistreated and killed for the life and choices they make. A few years back we got our freedom, all of us but now it comes at a price.
South Africa was the first country in the northern hemisphere to legalise same sex marriages ever since more than 3000 people got married. Gay and lesbians are still human beings have same rights as anyone in South Africa but seem like this freedom and right works different to certain people. Lesbians are been raped, beaten up because they believe that they can cure them the truth is this people are not sick they do not need any medical help from anyone and the worst part is that when they go to police station to get help they are been laughed at and made fun of even if they are taken serious the cases never go far. What happen to been human? What happen about the hand washes the othe?r what happened to humanity? Either way this people are gay or lesbians they are still human beings and still deserve equal opportunities and be free. Lean to accept the person around you!!!!
